Responsibilities
Salesforce Solution Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds
- Design and develop advanced Visualforce pages and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Work on 2-3 concurrent Salesforce implementation projects, ensuring development best practices
- Optimize and maintain Salesforce platform features while adhering to governor limits
Integration & Technical Excellence:
- Perform SOAP and REST API integrations to facilitate seamless data exchange
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges in multi-vendor environments
- Ensure seamless integrations and system enhancements across platforms
- Implement robust solutions that meet enterprise-scale requirements
Full Development Lifecycle Management:
- Participate in the entire development cycle including analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and production support
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance processes
- Provide ongoing production support and maintenance
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices and coding standards
Continuous Innovation & Collaboration:
- Stay updated on the latest Salesforce advancements and apply them effectively
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing clear documentation and technical guidance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver optimal solutions
- Contribute to digital transformation initiatives and strategic technology implementations
Requirements
Essential Technical Skills:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and digital transformation projects
- Expert-level proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) development
- Strong expertise in Apex programming and Salesforce customization
- Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds
- Proficient in Visualforce page development and customization
Integration & Development Skills:
- Hands-on experience with SOAP and REST API integrations
- Understanding of Salesforce governor limits and optimization techniques
- Experience with full software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes
- Knowledge of Salesforce best practices and coding standards
Project & Communication Skills:
- Proven experience working on multiple concurrent Salesforce implementation projects
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities in multi-vendor environments
- Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at various levels
- Ability to create clear technical documentation and provide guidance
- Experience in enterprise-level digital transformation projects
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant)
