This collaboration focuses on working with leading designer brands and luxury retailers based in New York City, Milan, and Paris, creating opportunities to develop sophisticated Salesforce applications for US brands in the retail, consumer goods, and community sectors.
Responsibilities
Research & Strategic Planning:
- Assist in feature ideation by providing research-based inputs and leveraging your experience
- Advise teams on the feasibility of ideas and offer alternative solutions to meet feature objectives
- Participate in planning and estimation activities to ensure timely feature rollouts
Salesforce Development & Customization:
- Understand technical specifications and develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce Applications
- Work on configuration, custom code development using Apex, and Lightning components
- Leverage Salesforce Process Builder, Workflow Rules, and Flows to automate business processes
- Enhance productivity through intelligent automation solutions
Quality Assurance & Testing:
- Perform comprehensive testing, quality assurance, and debugging
- Ensure the reliability and performance of developed solutions
- Maintain high standards of code quality and best practices
Documentation & Training:
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for all customizations and configurations
- Provide training and support to end-users for effective Salesforce Service Cloud usage
- Ensure knowledge transfer and system understanding across teams
Continuous Improvement:
- Actively participate in team retrospective events
- Identify problems and frustrations within the team and propose solutions
- Contribute to process improvements and team efficiency initiatives
Requirements
Absolute Requirements:
- Hands-on work experience with Salesforce customization and platform optimization
- Strong technical skills in Salesforce development, including proficiency in Apex and Lightning Components
- Experience with Salesforce best practices for configuration and customer service optimization
- Openness to working remotely with international teams
- Exceptional communication skills for cross-cultural collaboration
- Strong research and learning capabilities to solve problems independently
- Ability to identify problems and propose solutions autonomously
- Highly organized approach to work with well-structured code and documentation
Technical Skills We’d Love to See:
- Experience building scalable digital platforms deployed in production environments
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Declarative, Programming, and Administration
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce APEX, SQL/SOQL, XML/JSON, LWC, JavaScript
- Proficiency in SOAP and REST API techniques
- Experience with continuous development practices, including BitBucket, Code Reviews, and Package-based Deployments
- Understanding of Custom Objects, Triggers, Reports, Workflows, and Assignment Rules
