Responsibilities
Technical Development:
- Develop custom Lightning Web Component (LWC) components for client functionalities and business requirements
- Write essential Apex code, including triggers, batch jobs, and REST services for robust Salesforce solutions
- Integrate Salesforce with AWS Lambda using JavaScript/TypeScript for seamless system connectivity
- Collaborate with colleagues using Git and troubleshoot CI/CD pipeline failures for smooth deployment processes
Professional Growth & Learning:
- Master advanced software development concepts and Object-Oriented Programming Design Patterns
- Gain deep proficiency in Komodo Health’s core technologies, including Salesforce and AWS platforms
- Explore and learn the fundamentals of additional technologies used within the organization
- Develop strong independent problem-solving skills while leveraging team expertise through targeted questions
Communication & Collaboration:
- Establish clear communication channels with project teams to foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing
- Actively communicate task status via Chatter, Slack, or GitHub issues for transparent project management
- Write well-structured documentation for colleagues and clients to ensure knowledge transfer
- Proactively manage expectations by communicating potential delays and seeking support when needed

Essential Qualifications:
- Technical Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in advanced software development principles and methodologies
- Salesforce Skills: Strong proficiency in Apex development, the core language for the Salesforce platform
- UI Development: In-depth knowledge and experience with Lightning Web Component (LWC) framework for building user interfaces
- Programming Languages: Solid foundation in JavaScript, NodeJS, and TypeScript programming languages
- Design Patterns: Familiarity with software design patterns and their practical application in development
