Responsibilities
- Custom Solution Development: Design, develop, and maintain sophisticated custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Flows, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), and related technologies
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, administrators, architects, and project managers to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
- Platform Customization: Configure Salesforce to meet specific business needs by creating custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, process automation, reports, and dashboards
- System Integration: Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST, SOAP, and other API technologies
- Quality Assurance: Participate in user story refinement, conduct code reviews, perform comprehensive unit testing, integration testing, and functional testing
- Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce implementations and integrations
- Continuous Learning: Stay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry best practices to continuously enhance platform capabilities
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and support to team members and departments as needed

Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration experience
- SDLC Knowledge: Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process, coding standards, change control, and version management
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Flows, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), SOQL, and SOSL
- Configuration Expertise: Experience with Salesforce configuration, including flows, validation rules, and process automation
- Integration Skills: Hands-on experience with integration tools and techniques, including REST and SOAP APIs
- Security Understanding: Strong grasp of Salesforce security concepts, including roles, profiles, and sharing rules
- Methodology Knowledge: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
