Responsibilities
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and refine Salesforce system enhancement requirements • Design and develop scalable solutions using Apex, VisualForce, Lightning Components, Process Builders, and Flow • Implement robust integrations between Salesforce and external systems within Red Hat’s ecosystem • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives • Build and maintain Lightning Components and custom applications following Salesforce best practices • Develop and demonstrate prototypes to showcase proposed solutions to stakeholders • Coordinate post-delivery activities including hypercare support and knowledge transfer • Partner with IT teams and business analysts to manage integration dependencies and deliverables • Participate in code reviews, debugging, and resolving issues with new and existing implementations • Work with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud teams to build integrated, comprehensive solutions • Design systems strategy and roadmaps while developing process flow diagrams and technical documentation
