Job Description:
Flight Centre Travel Group is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team in Noida. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce applications, working closely with business stakeholders to translate their needs into technical solutions. You’ll ensure smooth integrations and help drive business value through your expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST and SOAP APIs
- Perform data migration and data integration tasks
- Create reports and dashboards to provide insights into business performance
- Implement best practices for code development, security, and testing
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing ongoing support for users
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 1+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and SOSL
- Experience with Salesforce integration (REST/SOAP APIs)
- Familiarity with Salesforce configuration (workflows, validation rules)
- Knowledge of Git and Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I or II)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, or Sales Cloud
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Copado)
- Experience with data migration tools (Data Loader, third-party ETL tools)
