Responsibilities
As a Salesforce Developer at Charles River, you will:
- Build and customize Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Apttus CPQ/CLM
- Implement complex workflows, custom objects, validation rules, and trigger-based automation
- Configure and customize Salesforce Apttus CPQ to enhance quoting efficiency
- Develop basic integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST APIs
- Implement and support Salesforce Einstein Bots for automated customer interactions
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to Salesforce and Apttus, ensuring platform stability
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and Senior Developers to optimize system functionality
- Maintain technical documentation, process flows, and user stories
- Participate in Agile development cycles
- Conduct unit testing, debugging, and peer code reviews
Requirements
To qualify for this position, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science (preferred)
- 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce implementation, configuration, and administration
- Hands-on experience with Apttus CPQ & CLM
- Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I certifications (JavaScript Developer I or Platform Developer II is a plus)
- Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL, triggers, and Salesforce design patterns
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
