Job Description:

SRA Staffing, part of the SRA Group, is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team and support a variety of exciting projects. In this role, you will work with Salesforce Service Cloud using Salesforce Lightning, APEX, and other Salesforce technologies to build scalable and robust solutions for our clients.

Main Responsibilities & Duties:

Development & Configuration of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions using Salesforce Lightning, APEX, and Salesforce configuration tools.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to Business Analysts, ensuring the right platform fit and solution approach.
Establish and maintain coding best practices, standards, and frameworks to be implemented by junior developers.
Collaborate with the scrum team to scope and estimate work.
Manage user stories, tasks, and bugs to ensure smooth execution and delivery.
Develop technical documentation and perform relevant testing, including unit tests, end-to-end flow tests, and cross-browser testing.
Assist in data migrations from third-party applications to Salesforce.
Work on integrating third-party applications with Salesforce and designing custom applications within the Salesforce platform (data model, business logic, UI, and security).

Critical and Essential Requirements:

6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
Strong experience with Salesforce Lightning Component development, APEX, MySQL, Platform Events, JavaScript, and other Salesforce development and integration technologies.
Proven track record in data migrations from third-party systems to Salesforce.
Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Community Cloud.
Strong knowledge in Salesforce configuration, including Security, User Management, Process Builder, Lightning Flow Builder, and other configuration tools.
Familiarity with Agile development practices.

Desirable Requirements:

Salesforce certifications such as:
- Salesforce Platform App Builder
- Salesforce Platform Developer I
- Salesforce Platform Developer II (Nice to have)
