Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience Leadership: Lead complete end-to-end customer experiences by coordinating and managing the resolution of critical technical issues, ensuring timely and comprehensive problem-solving for both technical challenges and business requirements.
Technical Issue Resolution: Research, document, and prioritize customer issues using internal tools and escalation frameworks while managing time effectively in fast-paced environments and providing advanced technical support to achieve customer satisfaction.
Salesforce Development Excellence: Design, develop, test, and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform utilizing Apex coding, Visualforce, and Lightning components to meet specific business needs and requirements.
System Integration & Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve complex technical issues reported by users, debug production code to identify root causes of bugs and system errors, and provide detailed technical explanations to users with varying levels of technical expertise.
High-Scale System Design: Contribute to designing and implementing high-scale distributed systems with deep understanding of scaling, availability, and operational concerns for large enterprise systems.
Knowledge Sharing & Mentorship: Provide peer mentorship through Swarming frameworks, create knowledge base materials for operational efficiency, and empower the greater support community through documentation and best practices.
Technical Design & Documentation: Participate in technical design sessions, develop technical solution documentation aligned with business objectives, and collaborate with multiple engineers throughout the E2E Salesforce development lifecycle.
Requirements
Essential Technical Skills:
- 18+ months of proven experience in Salesforce Development and Integration
- Strong proficiency in Apex (JavaScript), HTML, SQL with excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities
- Knowledge of Salesforce technical domains including various cloud platforms, programmatic development, and declarative solutions
- Experience with Salesforce APIs (SOAP, REST, Bulk, Metadata) and integration best practices
- Front-end development experience with Lightning Web Components
- Understanding of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, database design, and software development lifecycle
Additional Qualifications:
- Ability to perform automated testing and write comprehensive unit tests
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems and applications
- Knowledge of integrations, 3rd party integration tools, and ETL processes with Salesforce
- Familiarity with Certinia PSA is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills for technical explanations to diverse audiences
