Responsibilities
As a Salesforce Senior Developer, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining Salesforce applications using Apex programming
- Creating and optimizing triggers, batch classes, and test classes
- Building responsive user interfaces using Lightning framework (Aura)
- Working with Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Community Cloud platforms
- Implementing API integrations and third-party application connections
- Following Salesforce best practices for development and system integration
- Contributing to database design and system architecture decisions
- Managing release processes and deployment activities
- Supporting Visualforce to Lightning migration projects
Requirements
Essential Skills:
- Minimum 3-6 years of Salesforce development experience
- Platform Developer I (PD1) certification (mandatory)
- Strong proficiency in Apex programming (triggers, batch classes, test classes)
- Expertise in SOQL queries and database operations
- Experience with Lightning Aura framework
- Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud/Community Cloud (minimum 6 months)
- Knowledge of API callouts and third-party integrations
- Understanding of Salesforce integration patterns and best practices
- Background in database design and system architecture
Technical Tools:
- Experience with ANT, SFDC Metadata API, Jenkins, Git
- Knowledge of DevOps practices in Salesforce environment
- Familiarity with release management and source control
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) in any specialization
- Postgraduate degree preferred
