Kotak Mahindra Bank is looking for a talented Senior Salesforce Developer (SDE2/SDE3) to join their dynamic team. As a Senior Developer, you will play a pivotal role in developing, customizing, and integrating Salesforce solutions to support key business processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Development: Develop scalable and robust Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Customization and Integration: Customize and integrate Salesforce with internal and third-party systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
- Technical Leadership: Provide guidance to junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure high standards of code quality and performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts and product managers to understand requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
- Deployment and Testing: Lead the deployment process, ensuring smooth rollouts of new features and resolving any post-deployment issues.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on Salesforce innovations and implement best practices to improve the development process.
Requirements:
- Experience: 4-8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, including expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce integration.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and APIs (REST/SOAP).
- Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Team Leadership: Proven experience in mentoring and leading teams of developers.
- Certifications: Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I, II, or Administrator) are highly desirable.
- Collaboration: Ability to work with cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
