Role Overview:
We’re looking for a UX Research Intern to help improve travel experiences through user research. You’ll gain hands-on experience by working on live projects and contributing to research processes.

What You’ll Do:

User Research: Assist senior researchers in planning and conducting qualitative and quantitative studies.
Field Work: Help create research plans, interview protocols, and analysis frameworks.
Documentation: Record research findings and prepare reports for stakeholders.
Collaboration: Work with designers, product managers, and developers to integrate insights into product development.
Research Ops: Support research processes like participant recruitment, scheduling, and data management.
Exposure: Learn about user behavior and challenges in the travel industry.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or related fields.
0-2 years of research experience or equivalent.
Basic knowledge of research tools (e.g., Optimal Workshop, SurveyMonkey) and design tools (e.g., Figma) is a plus.
