Job Description:
Warner Bros. Discovery is looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join their team in Hyderabad. This role involves designing, developing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions across various clouds, including Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Sales Cloud. The ideal candidate will have experience with MuleSoft integrations, Contact Center solutions, and Einstein AI for predictive analytics. This position offers a hybrid work setup and full-time employment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain custom solutions on Salesforce platforms (Service, Marketing, Commerce, and Sales Clouds).
- Develop and optimize Salesforce Lightning components, Apex classes, and Flows.
- Manage MuleSoft integrations for seamless data synchronization.
- Enhance Salesforce Service Cloud for contact center operations.
- Implement Einstein AI features for predictive analytics and automation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to meet business requirements.
