Key Responsibilities
As a Salesforce Developer at Emeritus, you will:
- Work collaboratively with business stakeholders, Project Managers, Architects, and development teams to understand business requirements, design solutions, and implement them effectively
- Partner with QA and business teams to complete quality assurance and business acceptance processes
- Manage production deployments
- Handle BAU (Business As Usual) activities and address open issues
- Be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of technology solutions built on the Salesforce platform, from requirement analysis to production deployment
Requirements
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Demonstrated ability as a Salesforce developer with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Configuration, Customization, and Development
- Extensive experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Strong hands-on customization experience with Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Batch, and Schedule Apex
- Comprehensive knowledge of SFDC, including Flows, Validations, Approval processes, Security Model, Data Model, reports, and dashboards
- Experience using data migration solutions such as Data Loader, Jitterbit, Workbench, and Import Wizard
- Experience implementing Enterprise Salesforce with integration (SOAP/REST Web services)
- Good understanding of Salesforce capabilities and constraints
- Proven skills in integrating JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX-based functionalities
- Ability to work independently and guide other developers
- Strong communication skills, with client/business stakeholder-facing experience being an advantage
