Responsibilities
• Design, develop, configure, and test complex Salesforce platform requirements • Work independently with business analysts, technical architects, and key stakeholders • Ensure best practices for integration, application development, and deployment processes • Integrate third-party applications and AppExchange products with Salesforce • Manage projects independently in fast-paced, dynamic environments • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities • Resolve process bottlenecks and data inconsistencies for operational efficiency • Participate in change management and deployment processes • Drive cross-organizational communication with relevant stakeholders • Support CPQ and Order Management processes (preferred experience)
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience • Proficiency in Workflow, Process Builders, Flows, and Apex development • Strong experience with Visualforce and Lightning Aura Components • Knowledge of Web Services/SOA and Lightning Web Components • Expertise in Sales Cloud and Salesforce Communities • Understanding of REST, SOAP APIs, oAuth, and Single Sign-On • Salesforce Developer I certification required • Salesforce Developer II certification preferred • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities • Excellent communication and presentation skills
