Responsibilities
As a Fresher-Salesforce Developer/Administrator, you will:
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and other related technologies
- Complete training/certification on Salesforce and achieve specific trailhead points
- Customize and enhance Salesforce to meet various business requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch new features
- Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality standards
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing applications
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Salesforce and related technologies
Requirements
- Salesforce Developer & Administration certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and related technologies (Apex, Visualforce, etc.)
- Familiarity with CRM concepts and the Salesforce platform
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
