Key Responsibilities
As a Process Automation Developer, you will contribute to our digital transformation strategy by developing and maintaining automation solutions that streamline business processes. You’ll collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders throughout the automation project lifecycle, working under senior guidance to design scalable solutions. Your role involves developing, implementing, and testing automation solutions while ensuring compliance with enterprise systems and security requirements.
You’ll utilize various technologies to create comprehensive end-to-end automated solutions, maintain technical documentation, and participate in code reviews. Collaboration with IT and operations teams will be essential for successful deployment and integration. Additionally, you’ll monitor system performance, provide operational support, and stay current with emerging automation technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Data Sciences, or related field
- 5+ years overall professional experience
- 2+ years of experience in process automation or related technology fields
- Strong hands-on experience with UiPath and MS Power Platforms (Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Knowledge of version control systems (Git)
- Understanding of software design principles
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Python or C# programming
- REST API integration knowledge
- Database technologies and SQL experience
- OCR technologies and document processing familiarity
