• Platform Leadership: Lead analysis, design, development, unit testing, and deployment on both Salesforce Classic and Lightning platforms as part of Agile development cycles

• Technical Documentation: Build comprehensive Salesforce developer and operational guides, patterns, and best practices for sustainable platform maintenance
• Integration Architecture: Design and implement integrations with external systems using REST & SOAP APIs, JSON, and other enterprise integration patterns
• Stakeholder Consultation: Serve as platform consultant on various projects, ensuring successful implementation and adoption
