Responsibilities
As a Salesforce Service Cloud Developer, you will:
Design, Develop, and Implement Solutions & Integrations:
- Develop custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Implement automation using Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and Apex triggers
- Implement best practices for data management and security across Salesforce environments
- Participate in comprehensive code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Implement analytics and tracking solutions to gather valuable user behavior data
Configure and Customize Salesforce Environments:
- Configure workflows, security models, automation tools, and comprehensive reporting solutions
- Set up and manage Salesforce security models, including roles, profiles, and sharing rules
- Customize Salesforce environments to meet specific business requirements
Implement Salesforce DevOps Strategies:
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins
- Manage version control systems using Git or similar collaborative tools
- Execute automated deployments and maintain code quality standards
Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Service Cloud development
- Proficiency in the Apex programming language for custom business logic
- Experience with Visualforce and Lightning Web Components (LWC) development
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and Apex triggers
- Experience with Salesforce security models, roles, profiles, and sharing rules
- Understanding of data management best practices and security implementation
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in Salesforce environments
- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git
- Familiarity with deployment tools like Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins
Technical Skills:
