Responsibilities
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with Salesforce Lead and stakeholders to determine CRM requirements and design innovative solutions
- Custom Application Development: Build robust applications using Force.com, VisualForce, APEX, Lightning Web Components, Web Services, and APIs
- Solution Architecture: Design, code, and implement high-quality Salesforce applications that enhance business processes
- Project Management: Create realistic timelines and set development goals to ensure timely project delivery
- Quality Assurance: Conduct comprehensive testing to ensure application stability and functionality meets business requirements
- Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve bugs to maintain optimal application performance
- Documentation & Training: Prepare detailed documentation and provide technical training to Salesforce staff
- Security Management: Ensure security and integrity of application software throughout development lifecycle
- Configuration Management: Execute Salesforce configuration changes including Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports
- Data Management: Improve Salesforce data quality through implementation of rules and automation
- User Support: Address user support tickets and provide effective, timely resolutions
- After-hours Support: Participate in after-hours support efforts as business needs require
Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Technical Expertise: Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with comprehensive understanding of Salesforce architecture and APIs
- Development Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce development tools including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce integrations
- Data Management: Strong experience in data management and automation within Salesforce environment
- Work Style: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with keen attention to detail
- Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Physical Requirements: Ability to perform sedentary work with occasional movement for meetings and collaboration
