Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, including analysis, development, prototyping, coding, testing, deployment, and support
- Develop scalable applications using Visualforce, Apex, and Lightning Components
- Work with Salesforce custom objects, workflows, triggers, Force.com IDE, and migration tools
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems,including SaaS applications, REST APIs, and data warehouses
- Apply best practices and design patterns for Force.com platform development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Program Managers, and business stakeholders
- Drive the implementation and delivery of high-impact development projects
- Continuously learn new Salesforce products and technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar technical field
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (mandatory)
- Proficiency in Lightning Web Components and Aura Components
- Strong expertise in Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages
- Experience with Force.com IDE and SOQL
- Expert knowledge of Salesforce design, development, and data structures
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities for complex technical improvements and bug resolution
- Understanding of Agile and iterative development processes
