Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Flows, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (both Aura and LWC), and other Salesforce technologies
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, admins, architects, and project managers to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Customize and configure Salesforce, including custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, process automation, reports, and dashboards
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs
- Participate in refining user stories, code reviews, and various testing phases
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce implementations and integrations
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members and departments
- Document technical solutions, processes, and development work
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and administration
- Experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process
- Proficiency in Flows, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), SOQL, and SOSL
- Experience with Salesforce configuration and integration tools/techniques
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security (roles, profiles, sharing rules)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
