Job Description:
Paytm, India’s leading mobile payments and financial services company, is looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator. If you have over 5 years of experience in Salesforce CRM, development, and administration, and are passionate about leveraging technology to empower businesses, this opportunity is for you!
In this role, you will be responsible for configuring Salesforce to meet business requirements, creating custom objects and fields, and providing ongoing support for Salesforce users. You’ll work on integrations, triggers, and validation rules, and perform testing using Salesforce tools. Proficiency in Java, SOQL, and Salesforce CPQ is a must, as well as experience with UAT and user stories.
As a part of Paytm, you’ll work on improving customer service and development support through cutting-edge technology solutions.
