Our ideal candidate will take ownership of critical Salesforce development initiatives and contribute significantly to our technical ecosystem:

Salesforce Development Excellence: Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Salesforce solutions including custom applications, automated workflows, process builder flows, triggers, and seamless integrations using Apex and Visualforce technologies.

Advanced Customization: Transform business requirements into technical solutions through strategic customization and configuration of Salesforce platforms. This includes implementing custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and robust validation rules.

System Integration Leadership: Architect and execute integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware solutions, and industry-standard integration tools while following Salesforce integration best practices.

Data Management Strategy: Ensure exceptional data integrity and quality by designing comprehensive data migration strategies, implementing data cleansing processes, and establishing strong data governance frameworks.

Collaborative Problem-Solving: Partner closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and cross-functional development teams to gather requirements, analyze complex business processes, and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field
  • Minimum 2 years of demonstrated hands-on Salesforce development experience
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce data model, security architecture, and sharing configurations
