Responsibilities
As a Senior Salesforce Developer at HyTechPro, you will be responsible for:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), and other Salesforce technologies
- Creating and customizing Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes to meet specific business requirements
- Developing seamless integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms
- Implementing Salesforce solutions that strictly adhere to industry best practices and coding standards
- Managing application debugging and error log management with excellence
- Monitoring and troubleshooting production issues to ensure high system availability and optimal performance
- Optimizing existing Salesforce solutions for enhanced performance, usability, and scalability
- Performing data migration and cleansing tasks using advanced tools like Data Loader and MuleSoft

Requirements
Essential Skills & Experience:
- 3-4 years of hands-on experience in developing custom Salesforce applications
- Minimum 1 year of practical experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Advanced proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWCs)
- Strong technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Extensive experience with Flow, Process Builder, and complex workflow rules
- Proven experience with Salesforce Communities/Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud
- Expertise in writing and executing comprehensive Test Classes
- Demonstrated success in Salesforce deployments
- Strong analytical and functional knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem
