Responsibilities
As a Salesforce Developer at MNJ SOFTWARE, you will:
- Design & Development: Participate in the design, development, and implementation of architectural deliverables for custom projects and products
- Technical Solutions: Translate functional requirements into robust technical designs and develop solutions for each planned release
- Code Excellence: Produce elegant, efficient code using Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies to meet design specifications
- Technical Design: Create detailed technical solutions, proof-of-concepts (POCs), prototypes, and comprehensive technical documentation
- Quality Assurance: Contribute to overall code quality by performing design and code reviews for fellow developers
- Release Management: Execute release migration tasks, including change sets, configuration management, and data loading
- Production Support: Provide Level 3 production support, collaborating with functional teams when necessary
- Advanced Administration: Perform advanced Salesforce administration, including sandbox management, release management, user management, workflow and approval rules, and permission sets
- Environment Management: Handle environment setup and management across development, testing, and production instances
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with leads, testers, customers, project/product managers, and designers
Requirements
Essential Technical Skills:
- Minimum 4+ years hands-on development experience with Salesforce.com developer toolkit, including Process Builder, Flows, Apex Classes, Controllers and Triggers, Visualforce, Force.com IDE, and Communities
- Extensive experience implementing both standard Salesforce features and custom code solutions
- Proven experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using web services and AppExchange applications
- Deep knowledge of Force.com development best practices and design patterns
- Experience integrating Salesforce with Tableau and other data sources
- Proficiency in web application development technologies, including JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, HTML5, and CSS
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
Preferred Qualifications:
- SFDC Certified Developer / Advanced Developer certification strongly preferred
- ME/M.TECH/BE/B.TECH/MCA/M.Sc(IT) or equivalent technical degree
- Experience with release migration and environment management
Professional Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (required working language)
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with the immediate team and cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Independent thinking and decision-making abilities
- Flexibility to work 9-hour shifts during business hours (6 am-10 pm IST or 6 pm-6 am IST)
