Responsibilities

  • Administer and optimize the Salesforce implementation supporting a diverse global user base
  • Provide Level 2 technical support for the Salesforce platform, ensuring quick resolution of complex issues
  • Support users with queries and deliver training on new functionalities rolled out monthly by the development team
  • Manage all aspects of user lifecycle—including setup, deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, and sharing settings
  • Handle data migrations and coordinate data loading requests efficiently
  • Support Salesforce integrations with third-party applications and downstream systems
  • Troubleshoot user issues promptly while managing projects using agile best practices
  • Execute configuration changes including Flows, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, custom settings, dashboards, and reports
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and evaluate new features for potential implementation
  • Identify underutilized platform features and collaborate with product owners to prioritize enhancements
  • Establish documentation standards, maintain best practice guides, and proactively suggest platform improvements

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Experience working within large, global organizations (preferred)
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator (mandatory)
  • Sales Cloud certification (essential)
  • Strong experience with Lightning and Salesforce App development
  • Hands-on expertise with Flow creation and management
  • Creative problem-solving abilities with a results-driven mindset
